A delightful group of people this week. We performed experiential exercises to increase our awareness and ability to send, receive and discern energies.
The first exercise involves holding the tips of your thumb, middle and index fingers together. Hold the grouped fingers on your left hand about a quarter inch from the grouped fingers of your right hand, pointing toward each other. Can you see the energy flowing between the two hands? Move them slightly further apart or slightly from side to side. To many the energy looks like a faint rubber band, stretching and moving as you move your fingers.
Our second exercise is performed with two people. Stand slightly apart. Decide who will be the sender and who the receiver. The sender chooses an energy. I recommend starting with the elements: fire, air, earth or water. The sender holds their hand up, palm facing the receiving hand of the receiver. Most people use their dominant hand to send and their secondary hand to receive. The sender chooses an energy and pictures sending that energy to the receiving hand of the receiver. Both sender and receiver notice the sensations as they try to send and receive. Can you turn up the volume?
I recommend that you start by announcing your choice, but you can then progress to seeing if the receiver can determine what is being sent.

Events, crises and even relationships had impacted us and left their marks and scars. How we heal our emotional and spiritual wounds and incorporate their attendant lessons determines if we emerge diminished or if we grow. During December we will examine the process of healing and the return to wholeness and beyond.
